ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES AGREEMENT
THIS ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES AGREEMENT (this "Agreement") is entered
into on September 1, 2004 by and between AF Services, Inc., a Delaware
corporation ("AF Services"), and eCOST.com, Inc., a Delaware corporation
("eCost").
